Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or place an order, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Depending on how you use our website, we may process the following data:

• Identity and contact details: first and last name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number.

• Order details: products ordered, order number, prices, delivery preferences, returns and refunds.

• Payment details: payment method, transaction ID and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card details. These are processed directly by our payment providers.

• Account details: login details and order history, if you create a customer account.

• Communication: the content of emails, contact forms and other messages you send us.

• Newsletter details: your email address and subscription preferences, if you sign up.

• Withdrawal details: your name, order number, email address and the date and time of your withdrawal, if you use our online withdrawal function.

• Technical details: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

WHY WE USE YOUR DATA AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS

• To process, ship and deliver your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

• To process payments and prevent fraud. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.

• To provide customer service and handle returns, refunds, complaints and warranty claims. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligation.

• To manage your customer account. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

• To comply with our accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation.

• To send you our newsletter and promotional emails. Legal basis: your consent. If you are an existing customer, we may also email you about similar products based on our legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

• To analyse and improve our website, and to show relevant advertising. Legal basis: your consent (via our cookie banner).

• To keep our website secure and functioning properly. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.

ONLINE WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION

If you use our "Withdraw from contract here" function, we process the data you enter (name, order number, email address for the acknowledgement of receipt, and any optional message), as well as the date and time of receipt. We use this data to process and document your withdrawal and to send you the acknowledgement of receipt we are legally required to provide. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6:230oa of the Dutch Civil Code). We keep this data for as long as needed to handle the withdrawal and for as long as statutory retention periods require.

WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We only share your personal data where this is necessary for the purposes above:

• Wix.com Ltd. and its affiliates: our website, online store, hosting and email platform provider.

• Payment providers, such as Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe and banks (for example for iDEAL), to process your payment.

• Shipping carriers and logistics partners, to deliver your order and provide tracking.

• Our accountant and professional advisors, where necessary for our administration.

• Analytics and advertising partners, such as Google or Meta, but only if you have given consent through our cookie banner.

• Government authorities, where we are legally required to do so.

We have data processing agreements in place with parties that process data on our behalf. We never sell your personal data.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Wix.com Ltd. is based in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection. Where data is transferred to other countries, such as the United States, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place. These may include the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary:

• Order, invoice and payment data: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

• Customer account data: as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete the data unless we must keep it for legal reasons.

• Customer service communication: up to 2 years after your last contact.

• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;

• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

• have your data deleted ("right to be forgotten");

• restrict the processing of your data;

• receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability);

• object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including direct marketing;

• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

COMPLAINTS

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your personal data, please contact us first. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you. Our payment providers may use automated fraud checks when processing your payment.

CHILDREN

Our store is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it.

SECURITY

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Our website uses an SSL/TLS-encrypted connection (https).
