RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds and exchanges.
RETURNS – 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day period starts on the day after you receive your order. If your order arrives in multiple parcels, it starts on the day after you receive the last parcel.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product(s) back to us.
INITIATING A RETURN
You can start a return in any of these ways:
• Click the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the footer of our website, fill in your name, order number and email address, and click "Confirm withdrawal". You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
• Email us at support@tiiczw.com with your order number and the product(s) you want to return.
• Fill out our Model Withdrawal Form and send it to us by email.
Giving a reason is optional, but it helps us improve. After receiving your withdrawal, we will confirm it by email and send you the return address and instructions.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Parcels sent without a return request may be delayed in processing.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Please return it complete, with all accessories, and if possible in its original packaging. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may deduct an amount for the diminished value from your refund.
RETURN COSTS
The cost of returning the product is paid by you, unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent you the wrong item. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return request, we will refund the full amount you paid, including the standard shipping costs of your original order, within 14 days. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have sent us proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your purchase, free of charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our standard shipping, the additional cost will not be refunded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Did your order arrive damaged, defective, or is it not what you ordered? We're sorry! Please contact us at support@tiiczw.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you, including the return shipping costs.
STATUTORY WARRANTY
All our products are covered by the statutory warranty (legal guarantee) under Dutch and EU law. If a product turns out to be defective under normal use, you are entitled to repair or replacement. If that is not possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or refund. Please let us know within two months of discovering the defect.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size, colour or product? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange, contact us at support@tiiczw.com and we'll help you if the item is available.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:
• sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as cosmetics, personal care items or underwear), once the seal has been broken after delivery;
• products made to your specifications or personalised;
• perishable products or products with a limited shelf life.
Where this applies, it is clearly stated on the product page.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your order applies to your order.
